Dubrovnik/Aci Marina Dubrovnik
Dubrovnik is the most famous Croatian city, also known as the Kings Landing from a very popular TV show Game of Thrones. Located at the very south of the country, the Old town is situated under the Srđ hill. Dubrovnik was founded in the 7th century with the so-called Republic of Ragusa. Its economy was based on the maritime trade. Walking through Dubrovnik's Old town you will be thrilled by the beauty of historical city buildings, amazing city walls and local people's hospitality. From 1979. the Old town Dubrovnik joined the UNESCO list of World Heritage sites.
The city offers numerous first class a la carte and fine dining restaurants, amazing tours which include kayaking, jet ski tours, buggy off road adventures and many more. Close to the Old city is a cable car which takes people to the top of the hill Srđ. Srđ is the best viewpoint of the city, where you can take amazing pictures of Dubrovnik. There is also a bar, a restaurant and the Museum of Croatian War of Independence. There are two marinas in Dubrovnik , ACI Marina Dubrovnik located in Komolac, and brand new marina Frapa is located in beatiful Lapad, only 20 minutes by foot from the Old town.
