Kos/Marina Kos
Kos is the 3rd largest island in the Dodecanese and boasts numerous sandy beaches against turquoise waters. But Kos island is more than just the sun and the sea, it was inhabited since Neolithic times (4th Century BC) and has been inhabited (and conquered) ever since, leaving ancient ruins, temples and various architectural styles to be discovered.
The Kos Marina is located just 2 km southeast of the old Kos harbor. Kos Marina was built in 2001 and has received praise and recognition as a standout marina in Europe and one of Greece’s best. It is recommended to book a berth in advance as the marina can be fully booked during the summer months. On approach, hail the marina on VHF Channel 77; entrance is straightforward.
