OFFSHORE CHALLENGE SAILING COURSE

We have designed a special program for those who want to experience sailing in a different way.

Inshore-Offshore challenge is primarily designed for adventurers, adrenaline lovers, who do not mind the winter, the rain and the cold wind. To sail towards the offing and leave all the thinking behind them, to let go to the special experience of the open seas and for a moment, to search for the answers which come to our minds in those moments …
Open seas, freedom, positive fear, respect towards nature, night sailing, new experiences; all this will be possible in this program.

Depending on the weather conditions, the plan is to visit area of island Vis, Palagruža, Sušac, Lastovo and enjoy complete peace on the islands where there are no at that time a lot of tourists.

It is especially interesting to visit the lighthouses and to introduce local tales.

• Safety on board
• Preparing the boat and crew for difficult conditions on the sea
• Boat handling
• Sail trim, reefing sails
• Navigation - sailing
• Meteorology
• Basics of repairing marine engines
• VHF, instruments
• Man overboard
• Night watch on board

CHECK IN: Saturday from 5 pm.
CHECK OUT: Friday till 7 p.m.

SAILING BOAT : HANSE 50

DURATION: 7 days

ACCOMMODATION: During all seven days the attendees will be situated on the boat - 6 overnight stays.

MEALS

• Breakfast on board-team preparing breakfast
• Lunch on boat - lunch package or team cooking - (simple food cooked on boat)
• Dinners are organized as follows - in the local taverns or on the boat-team cooking

• It is preferable for participants of this program that already have some sailing experience
• The realization of this program depends on the weather conditions
